Soul Sanctuary is a seasonal gathering held on the Solstices and Equinoxes — a space of rhythm, reflection, shared food, and creative expression. We welcome new and established artists/beings to share what's written, improvised, or offered from the heart, in a space held with warmth, consent, and care.

1) Creative Design
Posters, flyers, social graphics, signage, seasonal booklet layout.

2) Overall Event Support
Light coordination, timelines, supplier checks, volunteer comms.

3) Bookings & Publicity
Email/DM responses, attendee list, outreach, promo scheduling.

4) On‑the‑Day Support
Welcome, set-up/pack-down, food support, tending the space/fire.

5) Creative & Cultural Support
Rhythm, voice, movement, spoken word, storytelling, gentle space-holding.

Other
Documentation, photography, fundraising, sponsorship outreach.

How we work

Shared expression rather than performance pressure — all levels welcome.
Consent and boundaries in movement, touch, sound, and sharing.
Reliability & kindness: clear communication if plans change.
Confidentiality: personal stories shared in the circle stay in the circle.

Seasonal Creative Archive: With consent, some words/sounds/expressions may be gathered into a seasonal booklet. Contributors receive a free copy, and limited copies may be sold via our website to honour the season's collective voice.
